Oklahoma City, Oklahoma document errands: printing, fax, notary, passports and certified copies (2026)
Where to print, fax, notarize, apply for a passport and get certified copies in Oklahoma City, using only official and provider pages. Each fact links to its source. Some facts are statewide or national rather than local. We label those.
Printing, copying, scanning and fax
Metropolitan Library System
- Prints: every Metro library has printers for its public computers: $0.10 a page in black and white and $0.50 in color, paid with cash or a debit or credit card. You can also send a print job from your own computer or phone for the same prices [1].
- Copies, scans and fax: every Metro library has photocopiers that scan to email or a USB drive and send faxes to U.S. numbers. Scanning and faxing are free; copies are $0.10 a page in black and white and $0.50 in color. Incoming faxes and international faxes aren't supported [1].
- Card hold: paying for prints or copies by debit or credit card puts a $10 hold on the card; unused funds are refunded in 24–48 hours [1].
- Downtown: Ronald J. Norick Downtown Library, 300 Park Avenue, (405) 231-8650. Its page lists a color copy machine with free outbound faxing (U.S. numbers only) and scanning, and mobile and offsite printing [10].
