Loveland, Colorado document errands: printing, fax, notary, passports and certified copies (2026)
Where to print, fax, notarize, apply for a passport and get certified copies in Loveland, Colorado, using only official and provider pages. Each fact links to its source. Some facts are statewide or national rather than local. We label those.
Printing, copying, scanning and fax
- Loveland Public Library: the Computer Lab charges "$0.10 / per page for black" and "$0.50 / per page for color," paid by credit or debit card at the kiosk. It "is unable to accept cash." The lab has a copier with a bed scanner and multi-page scanner, "accessible with a Loveland Public Library card," plus a separate scanning station. The page doesn't list a separate copy price. We didn't find a fax or notary service on that page. The library is at 300 N. Adams Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537, (970) 962-2665 [16].
- The UPS Store (examples): The UPS Store lists 2 Loveland locations, 1151 Eagle Dr (80537), (970) 663-1711, and 1437 Denver Ave (80538), (970) 461-7746. Its Loveland page lists printing, faxing and shredding among its services. It doesn't post prices there [9].

Notary in Loveland
- Colorado fee limit (statewide): "the maximum fee allowed for a notarization is $15 per document." The maximum for an electronic or remote notarization is $25. Notaries must tell you all charges before the notarial act [12].
- Banks (national policy): Bank of America says notary service is available "at no cost to our customers" and "in many of our financial centers." Schedule an appointment. All signers must be present [13]. For other banks, see free notary options.
- The UPS Store (example stores): the stores at 1151 Eagle Dr and 1437 Denver Ave each say they have "a commissioned notary public on staff." Their notary pages don't post a price [10][11]. Under state law the fee can't exceed $15 per document in person [12].
- Larimer County Clerk and Recorder: the county notarizes for $10 per document, but at 200 West Oak Street in Fort Collins, with no appointment necessary [2][5]. We didn't find notary service listed for the Loveland office.
