Printing, copying, scanning and fax: Poudre Libraries
| Service | What Poudre River Public Library District says |
|---|---|
| Print and copy | Free. Every cardholder gets 200 copy/print credits per month. Credits reset on the first of the month and don't roll over. Black and white is 1 credit per page, color is 5 credits, and tabloid counts double. Letter, legal and tabloid paper are available. The library doesn't sell extra credits or paid prints [1][2]. |
| Mobile printing | Send files from a phone, tablet or laptop with your library card number, and release them at any library location. Jobs are deleted after 3 days if not released [1]. |
| Scan | Scan to USB or email on the library Xerox machines. ScanEZ stations at Old Town and Harmony libraries add scan-to-cloud and photo restoration [1]. |
| Fax | Free nationwide outgoing fax on the library Xerox machines, "available without a library card." The public machines can't receive incoming faxes [1]. |
Locations listed by the district [3]: Old Town Library, 201 Peterson Street (80524); Harmony Library, 4616 S. Shields Street (80526); Council Tree Library, 2733 Council Tree Avenue #200 (80525). Library phone: 970-221-6740 [1]. Large-format and bulk jobs aren't offered, so the library suggests a local print and copy center for those [1]. Compare printing prices and fax prices.
