Edmond, Oklahoma document errands: printing, fax, notary, passports and certified copies (2026)
Where to print, fax, notarize, apply for a passport and get certified copies in Edmond, using only official and provider pages. Each fact links to its source. Some facts are statewide or national rather than local. We label those.
Printing, copying, scanning and fax
Metropolitan Library System
- Prints: every Metro library has printers for its public computers: $0.10 a page in black and white and $0.50 in color, paid with cash or a debit or credit card. You can also send a print job from your own computer or phone for the same prices [8].
- Copies, scans and fax: every Metro library has photocopiers that scan to email or a USB drive and send faxes to U.S. numbers. Scanning and faxing are free; copies are $0.10 a page in black and white and $0.50 in color. Incoming faxes and international faxes aren't supported [8].
- Card hold: paying for prints or copies by debit or credit card puts a $10 hold on the card; unused funds are refunded in 24–48 hours [8].
- Edmond Library: 10 S. Boulevard, (405) 341-9282. Hours: Monday–Thursday 9 a.m.–9 p.m., Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Sunday 1–6 p.m. Its page lists a color copy machine with free outbound faxing (U.S. numbers only) and scanning, and mobile and offsite printing [1].

We didn't find prices on the store pages; The UPS Store's site says products, services, prices and hours may vary by location [12].

Notary in Edmond
- Library: we didn't find notary service on the Metropolitan Library System's site: its notary page loads but shows no notary information, and a search of the site found none [13]. Call Edmond Library at (405) 341-9282.
- The UPS Store: its Edmond page lists notarizing [11]. We didn't find store notary prices; Oklahoma's legal maximum is below.
- Fee cap (statewide): under 49 O.S. § 5, the most an Oklahoma notary may charge is $5.00 for each notarial act, and notarizing an official absentee ballot affidavit is free [10]. The Secretary of State's Notary Public Guide (dated 12/2025) gives the same $5.00 maximum and the same absentee ballot rule [14].
- Remote online notarization (statewide): 49 O.S. § 209 lets a notary charge up to $25.00 for a remote online notarial act [15].
