Passports in Littleton
The U.S. Department of State's Passport Acceptance Facility Locator lists two acceptance facilities with a Littleton, Colorado address [4]:
| Facility | Address and phone | Passport hours listed | Photos |

- County appointments: passport appointments are "extremely limited," and in-person service is by appointment only. Book through the county's online scheduler, because "Appointments cannot be made by phone." Appointments are released 21 days ahead and on a daily basis, so the county suggests checking early in the morning [5].
- County fees and photos: the county's processing fee is "exactly $35 per application," by check or money order payable to "Arapahoe County Clerk." The Littleton office has a self-service photo booth that issues two photos for $14.99 plus tax; the county doesn't recommend it for infants [5].
- County hours: the passport page's contact box lists 5334 S. Prince St., 303-795-4200, Mon–Fri 7 a.m.–4 p.m. [5]. The county's Locations and Hours page says that since January 1, 2026, all Clerk and Recorder branches open at 8 a.m. and close at 4 p.m. [6]. Check your appointment time.
- Renewals: the county notes that applicants who meet certain requirements can renew online, and that others may be eligible to renew by mail [5].
- Post office fees (national): a $35.00 acceptance fee and a $15.00 photo fee "if needed" [14].
- Wrong-city results: the locator data also has post offices in Littleton, NH and Littleton, MA, which we left out [4].

The limit is $1,000 per domestic money order [15]. The county takes a check or money order for its passport processing fee [5]. Other sellers: money order guide.
Shredding
- Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office: its annual Shred-A-Thon was September 19, 2026, from 8 a.m. to noon, limited to three clean trash bags or bankers' boxes per vehicle, at 13101 E. Broncos Parkway, Centennial [10]. That date has passed.
- Colorado Credit Union (example): its Littleton branch says it "hosts a free shred day annually" and to check its events page for dates [11]. We didn't find a 2026 date on the branch page.
